(b) the taking of representative samples, unless inappropriate, e.g. for infectious clinical waste, as far as possible before unloading, to verify conformity with the information provided for in paragraph 3 by carrying out controls and to enable the competent authorities to identify the nature of the wastes treated.
b) sofern dies nicht unangemessen ist, z. B. bei infektiösen klinischen Abfällen, sind möglichst vor dem Abladen repräsentative Proben zu nehmen, um durch Kontrollen zu überprüfen, ob die Abfälle den Angaben nach Absatz 3 entsprechen, und den zuständigen Behörden die Feststellung der Art der behandelten Abfälle zu ermöglichen.
