With regard to the manufacture of active substances in third countries, it should be ensured that the legislative provisions applicable to the manufacturing of active substances intended for export to the Union, as well as inspections of facilities and enforcement of the applicable provisions, provide for a level of protection of public health equivalent to that provided for by Union law.
Im Hinblick auf die Herstellung von Wirkstoffen in Drittländern sollte gewährleistet werden, dass mit den auf die Herstellung von Wirkstoffen, die zur Ausfuhr in die Union bestimmt sind, anwendbaren Rechtsvorschriften sowie mit der Inspektion von Herstellungsbetrieben und der Durchsetzung der anwendbaren Vorschriften ein gleichwertiges Niveau beim Schutz der öffentlichen Gesundheit besteht, wie das vom Unionsrecht gewährte.
