...[+++]lowing techniques: (i) advanced thermal insulation, (ii) air-conditioning systems which facilitate heat recovery or free cooling, (iii) solar panels for water heating purposes, (iv) the possibility of a unit for the cogeneration of heat and electricity; 108. erkennt an, dass die Errichtung der neuen Gebäude, die gegenwärtig für das Europäische Parlament gebaut werden, eine einzigartige Gelegenheit bietet, im Hinblick auf die beste Umweltpraxis mit gutem Beispiel voranzugehen; begrüßt, dass die Gebäude D4-D5/ARDENNE unter Beachtung der Umweltbestimmungen geplant und errichtet werden sollen; unterstützt die Beschlüsse, ein System der Rückgewinnung, Speicherung und Wiederverwendung von Regenwasser im Gebäude D4 zu installieren; unterstützt den Beschluss, den Energieverbrauch der Gebäude durch Anwendung folgender technischer Optionen zu reduzieren: (i) fortschrittliche Wä
