It is important that the observance by subcontractors of applicable obligations in the fields of environmental, social and labour law, established by Union law, national law, collective agreements or by the international environmental, social and labour law provisions listed in this Directive provided that such rules, and their application, comply with Union law, be ensured through appropriate actions by the competent national authorities within the scope of their responsibilities and remit, such as labour inspection agencies or environmental protection agencies.
Es ist wichtig, die Einhaltung der geltenden Anforderungen des Unionsrechts, der nationalen Rechtsvorschriften und von Tarifverträgen auf dem Gebiet des Umwelt-, Sozial- und Arbeitsrechts und der internationalen umwelt-, sozial- und arbeitsrechtlichen Vorschriften der vorliegenden Richtlinie — vorausgesetzt, die betreffenden Vorschriften und ihre Anwendung sind mit dem Unionsrecht vereinbar — durch Unterauftragnehmer mittels geeigneter Maßnahmen der zuständigen nationalen Behörden, wie etwa Gewerbeaufsichts- oder Umweltschutzbehörden, im Rahmen ihrer Zuständigkeiten und Befugnisse sicherzustellen.
