In order to increase the level of protection as regards introduction of fish into the area covered by the programme, live trout and other fish destined to restaurants for direct consumption as well as rainbow trout intended for introduction into certain artificial lakes or fish water, must come from farms or areas recognised as free of VHS and IHN.
Um das Schutzniveau im Hinblick auf die Einführung von Fischen in das von dem Programm abgedeckte Gebiet zu erhöhen, müssen lebende Forellen und andere Fische, die für Restaurants zum direkten Verbrauch bestimmt sind, sowie Regenbogenforellen, die in bestimmte künstliche Seen oder Fischgewässer eingesetzt werden sollen, aus Betrieben oder Gebieten kommen, die als frei von VHS und IHN anerkannt sind.
