- recognizes the validity of the cooperation framework constituted by the MED programmes in the context of the relaunched Mediterranean policy, in terms of both financial support for the creation of decentralized networks for the direct exchange of experiences and encouragement of personal contacts within the four operational sectors - in particular the MED-CAMPUS programme (for universities and similar institutions) and the future MED-TECHNO programme, still at the preparation stage (for technology transfers);
- erkennt deshalb die Effizienz des aus den MED-Programmen bestehenden Kooperationsrahmens in der neuen Mittelmeerpolitik an, und zwar nicht nur durch die finanzielle Unterstützung zur Schaffung von dezentralisierten Netzen, die den direkten Austausch von Erfahrungen fördern, sondern weil darüber hinaus persönliche Kontakte zwischen den vier operationellen Sektoren unterstützt werden, dabei handelt es sich insbesondere um MED-CAMPUS, das sich auf Universitäten und ähnliche Einrichtungen bezieht, sowie um das künftige MED-TECHNO, das noch in Vorbereitung ist, und in dem es um Maßnahmen zum Technologietransfer geht;
