The costs of maintaining an account recording both payment transactions and drawdowns, the costs of using a means of payment for both payment transactions and drawdowns, and other costs relating to payment transactions shall be included in the total cost of credit to the consumer unless the opening of the account is optional and the costs of the account have been clearly and separately shown in the credit agreement or in any other agreement concluded with the consumer.
Die Kosten für die Führung eines Kontos, auf dem sowohl Zahlungen als auch in Anspruch genommene Kreditbeträge verbucht werden, die Kosten für die Verwendung eines Zahlungsmittels, mit dem sowohl Zahlungen getätigt als auch Kreditbeträge in Anspruch genommen werden können, sowie sonstige Kosten für Zahlungsgeschäfte werden als Gesamtkosten des Kredits für den Verbraucher berücksichtigt, es sei denn, die Eröffnung des Kontos ist fakultativ und die mit dem Konto verbundenen Kosten sind im Kreditvertrag oder in einem anderen mit dem Verbraucher geschlossenen Vertrag klar und getrennt ausgewiesen.
