Activities for the administrative monitoring of the granting of aid to olive producers, market monitoring, verification of the ban on blends, combating fraud and checking that the contents of bottles correspond to the indications on the label shall remain the responsibility of the national monitoring agencies currently operating in the olive sector, in close coordination with the competent Community authorities.
Die verwaltungsmäßige Kontrolle der Gewährung von Beihilfen für die Olivenanbauer, die Überwachung des Marktes, die Prüfung des Verbots von Mischungen, die Betrugsbekämpfung und die Prüfung der Übereinstimmung zwischen den Angaben auf dem Etikett und dem Inhalt ist weiterhin Zuständigkeit der einzelstaatlichen Kontrollstellen, die derzeit im Olivenölsektor tätig sind, in enger Abstimmung zwischen ihnen und den zuständigen Gemeinschaftsbehörden.
