2.3. In the case of a vehicle which is fitted with tyres which are not motorcycle tyres, passenger car tyres or commercial vehicle tyres, due to special conditions of use (e.g. agricultural tyres, industrial truck tyres, all terrain vehicle tyres), the requirements of Annex II do not apply, provided that the approval authority is satisfied that the tyres fitted are suitable for the operating conditions of the vehicle.
2.3. Im Falle eines Fahrzeugs, das aufgrund besonderer Verwendungsbedingungen mit anderen Reifen als Reifen für Krafträder, Personenkraftwagen oder Nutzfahrzeuge ausgerüstet ist (z. B. Landmaschinenreifen, Industriefahrzeugreifen, Geländefahrzeugreifen), findet Anhang II keine Anwendung, sofern sich die Genehmigungsbehörde davon überzeugt hat, daß die montierten Reifen für die Betriebsbedingungen des Fahrzeugs geeignet sind.
