Encouraging the actions necessary to effectively implement the Community policy on biodiversity, including the Community Biodiversity Strategy, particularly through the definitive development of the Natura 2000 network, and the implementation of the necessary technical and financial instruments and measures required for its full implementation and for the protection, outside the Natura 2000 areas, of species protected under the Habitats and Birds Directives;
Förderung der zur effektiven Durchführung der Gemeinschaftspolitik für die biologische Vielfalt - u.a. der Gemeinschaftsstrategie für biologische Vielfalt - notwendigen Maßnahmen, besonders dadurch, dass die Entwicklung des Netzes Natura 2000 zum Abschluss gebracht wird und die erforderlichen technischen und finanziellen Instrumente und Maßnahmen zu dessen voller Umsetzung und zum Schutz - neben den Bereichen von Natura 2000 - von Arten, die im Sinne der Habitat- und der Vogel-Richtlinie geschützt sind, eingeführt werden.
