In order to promote the reliability of the PRA assessments and the enforcement of the PRAs to comply with the rules and methodology proposed by this regulation, we strongly support that the market authorities should prohibit trading in any commodity derivatives contract that references as PRA-assessed price unless that assessment follows the EU legislation or, in case of a third country the IOSCO Principles for Oil Price Reporting Agencies.
