In the light of the outcome of this investigation, the Regulation provides, on the one hand, for the termination of the anti-dumping proceeding with regard to imports of PSF from Korea, and, on the other, for the imposition on imports of PSF originating in Taiwan of a definitive duty (calculated on the basis of the net free-at-Community frontier price of the product, before duty) of 13%, except for the below companies, to which the following rates shall apply:
Angesichts der Ergebnisse dieser Untersuchung sieht die Verordnung vor, daß zum einen das Antidumpingverfahren betreffend die Einfuhren synthetischer Fasern aus Polyester mit Ursprung in Korea eingestellt und daß zum andern auf die Einfuhren synthetischer Fasern aus Polyester mit Ursprung in Taiwan ein endgültiger Zoll eingeführt wird; der entsprechende Zollsatz auf den Nettopreis frei Grenze der Gemeinschaft, unverzollt, beläuft sich auf 13 %, mit Ausnahme der Erzeugnisse der nachstehenden Unternehmen, für die folgende Zollsätze gelten:
