Informationen über die Unterlage zur Streckenverfügbarkeit (Route Availability Document, RAD) und die Beschränkung der Profileinstellung (Profile Tuning Restriction, PTR) sind im Wege des kollaborativen Entscheidungsfindungsprozesses (CDM) der Funktion „Auslegung des europäischen Streckennetzes (European Route Network Design)“ und der ATFM-Funktion des Netzmanagers zu harmonisieren, so dass Betreiber von Flugplanungssystemen in der Lage sind, eine Flugplanstreckenführung mit dem effizientesten Flugweg zu generieren.
