17. wünscht eine Kopie des Jahresberichts des Internen Prüfers; ist sich bewusst, dass der ERH diesen Bericht als internes Dokument betrachtet; weist jedoch darauf hin, dass der Bericht des Internen Prüfers die Entlastungsbehörde gewöhnlich in die Lage versetzt, sich ein klares Bild vom Kontrollumfeld und den für das kommende Jahr geplanten Verbesserungen zu machen; unterstreicht, dass die meisten anderen Organe darauf vertrauen, dass der Haushaltskontrollausschuss mit diesem Dokument verantwortungsbewusst umgeht;
