Proposes that, in the light of current practice, the Commission allow Member States that have not adopted the single currency to be able to apply the exchange rate "on the date when the application for aid is received" for projects forming part of adopted programmes, because the specific level of aid already needs to be known at the time when the project is assessed, not only on the day when the decision is made;
27. schlägt vor, dass die Kommission mit Blick auf die bisherige Praxis den Mitgliedstaaten, die die gemeinsame Währung noch nicht eingeführt haben, ermöglicht, den "am Tag des Eingangs des Antrags auf Beihilfe" geltenden Wechselkurs für die Projekte zugrunde zu legen, die in bereits angenommenen Programmen vorgesehen sind, weil die jeweilige Beihilfehöhe bereits bei der Bewertung des Projekts und nicht erst am Tag der Entscheidung bekannt sein muss;
