die Aufma ...[+++]chung des Prospekts, des Basisprospekts und der endgültigen Bedingungen sowie die in einen Prospekt aufzunehmenden spezifischen Informationen, die Mindestinformationen im einheitlichen Registrierungsformular, die verkürzten Informationen im vereinfachten Prospekt bei Sekundäremissionen und Emissionen von KMU, den speziellen verkürzten Inhalt, das standardisierte Format und die standardisierte Reihenfolge des EU-Wachstumsprospekts und seiner speziellen Zusammenfassung, die Kriterien für die Beurteilung und Einstufung der Risikofaktoren durch den Emittenten, die Prüfung und Billigung von Prospekten und die allgemeinen Gleichwertigkeitskriterien für Prospekte, die von Drittlandsemittenten erstellt werden.
