to that end, the coordinator or schedules facilitator, whether as a natural or legal person, must not have been employed by, or worked regularly with, the airport managing body or a service provider or airline operating at or from the airport in question during the two years preceding his/her/its appointment and during the two years from the cessation of his/her/its duties as a coordinator or schedules facilitator; [Am. 35]
der Koordinator oder der Flugplanvermittler, unabhängig davon, ob es sich dabei um eine natürliche oder juristische Person handelt, in den zwei Jahren vor seiner Ernennung und in den zwei Jahren nach dem Ende seiner Arbeit als Koordinator oder Flugplanvermittler nicht als Angestellter oder in anderer Weise regelmäßig für die Leitungsorgane des Flughafens, die Dienstleister oder die Luftfahrtunternehmen gearbeitet haben darf, die an dem betroffenen Flughafen tätig sind.
