...[+++]en soll; ist der Auffassung, dass die OSZE in Zentralasien eine führende Rolle spielen und ihre Position in Georgien wieder herstellen könnte; bedauert, dass die Polizeimission aufgrund des Widerstands der kirgisischen Regierung nicht wie geplant Beginn September entsandt wurde; fordert die OSZE-Mitgliedstaaten und die kirgisische Regierung mit Nachdruck auf, die umgehende Stationierung neutraler und internationaler Polizeikräfte in dem Land zuzulassen, die Zahl der Mitarbeiter erheblich aufzustocken und zu gewährleisten, dass sie ein exekutives und nicht nur ein rein beratendes Mandat haben;
