Calls for the Union to notify the People’s Republic of China of its serious concern about the slide into national communism and militarism currently under way in that country, and of its inability to establish normal relations until a genuine process of both internal democratisation and decolonisation of Tibet, Eastern Turkestan and Inner Mongolia has been set in place;
7. fordert die Union auf, der Volksrepublik China ihre außerordentliche Besorgnis angesichts des gegenwärtig in diesem Land zu beobachtenden Abdriftens in eine nationalkommunistische und militaristische Richtung mitzuteilen und darauf hinzuweisen, dass es ihr unmöglich ist, normale Beziehungen herzustellen, solange kein echter Prozess der internen Demokratisierung und der Dekolonisierung von Tibet, Ost-Turkestan und der inneren Mongolei in Gang gekommen ist;
