(n) in particular, CONSIDERS that close co-operation and enhanced synergies between the Basel Convention on the Transboundary Movement of Hazardous Wastes and Their Disposal and the Stockholm (POPs) and Rotterdam (PIC) Conventions are important and would allow for a more effective implementation of all three instruments; in this regard, RECALLS the importance of a process that is transparent and inclusive and recognises the autonomy of the Conferences of the Parties to the Basel, Rotterdam and Stockholm Conventions;
n) IST insbesondere DER AUFFASSUNG, dass enge Zusammenarbeit und größere Synergien zwischen dem Basler Übereinkommen (grenzüberschreitende Verbringung gefährlicher Abfälle und ihre Entsorgung) und den Übereinkommen von Stockholm (persistente organische Schadstoffe) und von Rotterdam (Verfahren der vorherigen Zustimmung nach Inkenntnissetzung) wichtig sind und eine wirksamere Umsetzung aller drei Übereinkommen ermöglichen würden; ERINNERT an die Bedeutung eines transparenten und integrativen Prozesses und erkennt die Eigenständigkeit der Konferenzen der Vertragsparteien des Basler, des Rotterdamer und des Stockholmer Übereinkommens an;
