Die Maßnahme wurde wegen Nichtübereinstimmung mit den grundlegenden Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzanforderungen nach Anhang I der Richtlinie 2006/42/EG (Abschnitte 1.3.2 — Bruchrisiko beim Betrieb, 1.7.3 — Kennzeichnung der Maschinen und 1.7.4.2 — Inhalt der Betriebsanleitung) getroffen, da das Gerät die Widerstandsfähigkeitsprüfung nicht bestand, wobei es zum Bruch des Rahmens kam, was wiederum zu Schnittverletzungen und/oder einer Freilegung der aktiven Bestandteile führen könnte.
