4. Rightholders shall have the right to terminate the authorisation to manage rights, categories of rights or types of works and other subject-matter granted by them to a collective management organisation or to withdraw from a collective management organisation any of the rights, categories of rights or types of works and other subject-matter of their choice, as determined pursuant to paragraph 2, for the territories of their choice, upon serving reasonable notice not exceeding six months.
(4) Die Rechtsinhaber haben das Recht, unter Einhaltung einer angemessenen Frist von höchstens sechs Monaten für die Gebiete ihrer Wahl den einer Organisation für die kollektive Rechtewahrnehmung gemäß Absatz 2 erteilten Auftrag zur Wahrnehmung von Rechten zu beenden oder der Organisation für die kollektive Rechtewahrnehmung Rechte, Kategorien von Rechten oder Arten von Werken und sonstigen Schutzgegenständen ihrer Wahl gemäß Absatz 2 zu entziehen.
