In the case of consolidations, the requirements under points 6.3.2.6(c), (e), (f) and (g) will be considered as met, if the regulated agent is able to establish the nature of the contents, the reason that the security status was issued and/or the name of the person who issued the security status and the date and time of issue, respectively, by a verifiable audit trail at any time before the consignment is loaded on an aircraft and afterwards for the duration of the flight or for 24 hours, whichever is the longer.
Bei konsolidierten Sendungen gelten die Anforderungen gemäß Nummer 6.3.2.6 Buchstaben c, e, f und g als erfüllt, wenn der reglementierte Beauftragte über einen nachvollziehbaren Prüfpfad Art des Inhalts, den Grund für die Erteilung des Sicherheitsstatus und/oder Name der Person, die den Sicherheitsstatus erteilt hat, sowie Datum und Uhrzeit der Erteilung feststellen kann, und zwar zu jedem Zeitpunkt vor dem Verladen der Sendung in das Luftfahrzeug und danach für die Dauer des Fluges oder für 24 Stunden, je nachdem, welcher Zeitraum länger ist.
