– (DE) Mr President, I would point out to Mr Kusstatscher that prevention and protection – not in people’s leisure activities, but in their workplaces – is a matter of concern to us too, but, if the Commission and the Council have their way, it is evident that building firms will in future have to certify that ultra-violet rays are safe for those of their workers who work in the open air.
– Herr Präsident! Auch uns, Herr Kollege Kusstatscher, geht es um Prävention und um Schutz, nicht im Bereich Freizeit, sondern im Bereich Arbeit. Aber wenn es nach Kommission und Rat geht, dann müssen Baufirmen in Zukunft etwas feststellen: Die Arbeiter, die im Freien sind, brauchen künftig offenbar eine Unbedenklichkeitsbescheinigung bei UV-Strahlen.
