Whereas Article 2 of Council Directive 70/357/EEC of 13 July 1970 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States concerning the antioxidants authorized for use in food intended for human consumption (3), as amended by Directive 74/412/EEC (4), permits Member States to maintain the provisions of their national laws authorizing the use in foodstuffs of calcium disodium ethylene diamine tetra-acetate, propyl gallate and L-ascorbic acid esters of the unbranched fatty acids C 14 and C 18 until 31 December 1977;
Nach Artikel 2 der Richtlinie des Rates 70/357/EWG vom 13 . Juli 1970 zur Angleichung der Rechtsvorschriften der Mitgliedstaaten für Stoffe mit antioxydierender Wirkung , die in Lebensmitteln verwendet werden dürfen ( 3 ) , zuletzt geändert durch die Richtlinie 74/412/EWG ( 4 ) , können die Mitgliedstaaten bis zum 31 . Dezember 1977 die einzelstaatlichen Rechtsvorschriften beibehalten , wonach die Verwendung von Calcium-di-Natrium-Äthylendiamintetraacetat , Propylgallat und L-Ascorbinsäure-Estern der nicht verzweigten Fettsäuren von C 14 und C 18 in Lebensmitteln zulässig ist .
