Eine solche Ausnahme, bei der die allgemeinen Regeln nicht gelten, sollten Verträge sein, die ein dingliches Recht an unbeweglichen Sachen oder die Miete oder Pacht unbeweglicher Sachen zum Gegenstand haben, mit Ausnahme von Verträgen über Teilzeitnutzungsrechte an Immobilien im Sinne der Richtlinie 94/47/EG des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 26. Oktober 1994 zum Schutz der Erwerber im Hinblick auf bestimmte Aspekte von Verträgen über den Erwerb von Teilzeitnutzungsrechten an Immobilien (10).
