39. Calls on the Commission and the Member States to uphold IPRs more effectively in all relevant multilateral organisations (the WTO, the World Health Organisation and the World Intellectual Property Organisation) and to work towards the inclusion in the WTO system of those IPR-related international agreements that are not yet part of it, such as the WIPO Trademark Law Treaty, the WIPO Phonograms and Performance Treaty, the WIPO Copyright Treaty, the Geneva Act of the Hague Agreement and the Lisbon Agreement for the Protection of Appellations of Origin and their International Registration;
39. fordert die Kommission und die Mitgliedstaaten auf, die IPR in allen einschlägigen multilateralen Organisationen (WTO, Weltgesundheitsorganisation und Weltorganisation für geistiges Eigentum) besser zu verteidigen und darauf hinzuwirken, dass IPR-bezogene internationale Abkommen, die noch nicht Teil des WTO-Systems sind, wie z. B. der WIPO-Markenrechtsvertrag, der WIPO-Vertrag über Darbietungen und Tonträger, der WIPO-Urheberrechtsvertrag, die Genfer Akte des Haager Abkommens und das Lissabonner Abkommen über den Schutz der Ursprungsbezeichnungen und ihre internationale Registrierung, in das WTO-System aufgenommen werden;
