in Section 2, second paragraph, the words ‘identified specimens of the product and shall be kept by the manufacturer’ shall be replaced by the words ‘devices manufactured, clearly identified by means of product name, product code or other unambiguous reference and must be kept by the manufacturer’.
In Abschnitt 2 Absatz 2 wird der Satz „Diese Erklärung, die sich auf eines oder mehrere bestimmte Produktexemplare erstreckt, wird vom Hersteller aufbewahrt“ ersetzt durch den Satz „Diese Erklärung bezieht sich auf ein oder mehrere klar durch Produktname, Produktcode oder sonstige unmissverständliche Angaben deutlich bezeichnete Geräte und muss vom Hersteller aufbewahrt werden“.
