It should, however, also be clarified that the complexity of such requests may be such that it might not always be possible to ensure the adoption, within the applicable deadlines, of implementing acts establishing whether a given activity or parts thereof is directly exposed to competition on markets to which access is not restricted.
Es sollte jedoch auch klargestellt werden, dass solche Anträge derart komplex sein können, dass es eventuell nicht immer möglich ist, die Annahme von Durchführungsrechtsakten zur Feststellung, ob eine bestimmte Tätigkeit oder Teile davon unmittelbar dem Wettbewerb auf Märkten mit unbeschränktem Zugang ausgesetzt ist, innerhalb der anwendbaren Fristen zu gewährleisten.
