Expresses its agreement with the recommendation in favour of reasonable attitudes in wage negotiations, taking into account price stability, productivity increases and the need to keep unit labour costs under control, even in the case of reductions in working hours; appeals to the social partners to conduct such negotiations or reforms in a spirit of fairness and social responsibility;
