The methods used for official tests carried out in the Member States to determine the fibre composition of textile products composed of binary and ternary mixtures should be uniform, as regards both the pre-treatment of the sample and its quantitative analysis; therefore this Regulation should lay down uniform methods of analysis for most of the textile products composed of binary and ternary mixtures that are on the market.
In den Mitgliedstaaten sollten für die amtlichen Tests zur Bestimmung der Faserzusammensetzung von Textilerzeugnissen aus binären und ternären Gemischen einheitliche Methoden sowohl zur Vorbehandlung der Probe als auch zu ihrer quantitativen Analyse angewandt werden. Deshalb sollten in dieser Verordnung einheitliche Analyseverfahren für die meisten im Handel befindlichen Textilerzeugnisse aus binären und ternären Gemischen festgelegt werden.
