The monitoring and control measures shall, in particular, provide for a provisional cost forecast system, for systematic information to the Commission on costs and schedule, and, in the event of a discrepancy between the planned budgets, performance and schedule, for corrective action ensuring the implementation of the infrastructures within the limits of the budgets allocated.
Zu den Maßnahmen zur Überwachung und Kontrolle gehören insbesondere ein System zur vorläufigen Vorausberechnung von Kosten, eine systematische Unterrichtung der Kommission über Kosten und Zeitplanung sowie – falls die veranschlagten Mittel, die Leistung und die Zeitplanung voneinander abweichen– Korrekturmaßnahmen die die Errichtung der Infrastrukturen ohne Überschreitung der bewilligten Mittel gewährleisten.
