(10) In view of the great variety and large number of microdisks parts, registration of imports, pursuant to Articles 13(3) and 14(5) of the Basic Regulation, should be limited to the main parts used in microdisk assembly operations, namely magnetic coated disks ("cookies"), clamshells, shells, shutters and centre cores ("hubs"), falling within CN codes ex 8523 20 90, ex 3926 90 99, ex 7616 10 00 and ex 7326 90 97 respectively.
(10) Aufgrund der vielen unterschiedlichen Mikroplattenteile sollte sich die zollamtliche Erfassung der Einfuhren gemäß Artikel 13 Absatz 3 und Artikel 14 Absatz 5 der Grundverordnung auf die wesentlichen Teile beschränken, die bei der Montage von Mikroplatten verwendet werden, d. h. magnetisch beschichtete Scheiben ("Cookies"), teilmontierte Gehäuse ("clamshells"), Gehäuse, Verschlußkappen und Kernstücke ("Hubs") der KN-Codes ex 8523 20 90, ex 3926 90 99, ex 7616 10 00 bzw. ex 7326 90 97.
