The cobalt compounds cobalt(II) sulphate, cobalt dichloride, cobalt(II) dinitrate, cobalt(II) carbonate and cobalt(II) diacetate meet the criteria for classification as carcinogenic (category 1B) and toxic for reproduction (category 1B) in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and therefore meet the criteria for inclusion in Annex XIV to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 set out in Article 57(a) and (c) of that Regulation. They have been identified and included in the candidate list in accordance with Article 59 of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006.
Die Kobaltverbindungen Kobalt(II)-sulfat, Kobalt-dichlorid, Kobalt(II)-dinitrat, Kobalt(II)-karbonat und Kobalt(II)-diacetat erfüllen die Kriterien der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1272/2008 für eine Einstufung als krebserzeugend (Kategorie 1B) und fortpflanzungsgefährdend (Kategorie 1B) und somit auch die Kriterien für die Aufnahme in Anhang XIV der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1907/2006 gemäß deren Artikel 57 Buchstaben a und c. Nach Artikel 59 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1907/2006 wurden sie als für die Aufnahme in Frage kommende Stoffe ermittelt und in die entsprechende Liste aufgenommen.
