— the fees and related allowances, social security contributions, travel expenses and other expenses of contract conference interpreters recruited by the European Parliament to service meetings organised by the European Parliament to meet its own needs or those of other institutions when the necessary services cannot be provided by European Parliament interpreters (officials and temporary staff),
— Vergütungen und vergleichbare Entschädigungen, Sozialabgaben, Reisekosten und andere Kosten für Vertrags-Konferenzdolmetscher, die vom Europäischen Parlament für vom Europäischen Parlament anberaumte Sitzungen für den eigenen Bedarf oder den Bedarf anderer Organe oder Stellen verpflichtet werden, wenn die erforderlichen Leistungen nicht von als Beamte oder Bedienstete auf Zeit beschäftigten Dolmetschern des Europäischen Parlaments erbracht werden können,
