It follows that the additional relief from the feed-in tariff system in the form of a partial exemption from contributing to its financing can be considered compatible, since the contribution that still has to be made to the financing of support for the production of green electricity continues to function as a supplement to the minimum electricity tax.
Daraus ergebe sich, dass die zusätzliche Freistellung vom Einspeisetarifsystem in Form einer teilweisen Befreiung von der Leistung eines Betrags zu seiner Finanzierung als mit dem Binnenmarkt vereinbar angesehen werden könne, da der verbleibende Beitrag zur Finanzierung der Ökostromerzeugungsförderung weiterhin eine Ergänzung zur Mindeststromsteuer darstelle.
