potential to create jobs, by providing adequate information a
...[+++]nd counselling, as well as appropriate formation and training to newly created enterprises, and promoting mutual consultation and coordination between Member States; -the importance of encouraging changes in work organisation and working time, reducing non-wage labour costs, especially at the lower end of the wage and productivity scale, and improving the effectiveness of labour market policies and measures designed to fight against social exclusion; -the potential contribution of moder infrastructures towards fostering business growth and competitiveness; -the disproportionate incidence on SMEs of costs related to compulsory administrative procedures that enterprises are obliged to carry out, and the relevance of Community efforts to reduce administrative burdens; -the importance of promoting the development of a stable macroeconomic environment by means of sound macroeconomic policy for stimulating business development and entrepreneurship, as well as employment growth and the international competitiveness of SMEs. ***Vor allem unterstreicht nach Ansicht der Kommission der Bericht eine Reihe wichtiger Elemente, insbesondere: -

...[+++]Schaffung von Arbeitsplätzen freizumachen, indem ihnen entsprechende Information und Beratung, aber auch angemessene Aus- und Fortbildungsmaßnahmen für neugegründete Unternehmen angeboten werden, ferner aber auch die gegenseitige Konsultation und Koordinierung zwischen Mitgliedstaaten gefördert wird; - Unterstützung bei der Umgestaltung von Arbeitsorganisation und Arbeitszeit, Verringerung der Lohnnebenkosten, besonders am unteren Ende der Lohn- und Produktivitätsskala und bessere Durchsetzung der Arbeitsmarktpolitik und der Maßnahmen zur Bekämpfung sozialer Ausgrenzung; - die moderne Infrastruktur und ihr potentieller Beitrag zur Förderung von Unternehmenswachstum und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit; - die unverhältnismäßig große Last von Verwaltungskosten auf KMU, die unumgänglich für die Unternehmen sind und die Bemühungen der Kommission, derartige Verwaltungslasten abzubauen; - Bedeutung von Förderung und Ausbau eines ausgeglichenen makroökonomischen Umfelds durch eine solide makroökonomische Politik, die als Anregung für Unternehmertum und Unternehmergeist, aber auch Beschäftigungswachstum und internationale Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der KMU wirkt (1) Siehe IP/95/293/24.03.95 ***
