[2] The tasks requested for the Agency to implement are defined in Article 2 paragraph 1 of the Regulation, as follows:Article 21. 4.4.6. The volume displaced at each complete rotation of pump P1 and the displacement value at the lowest possible pump speed, as recorded by the revolution counter, must make it possible to determine the overall volume of the mixture of exhaust gases and dilution air displaced by pump P1 during the test to within ± 2 %.

Member States wishing to do so should be allowed to extend the temporary protection in the event of a mass influx of displaced persons to additional categories of displaced persons over and above those to whom the Council Decision applies, where they are displaced for the same reasons and from the same country of origin, and the conditions for exercising this possibility should be determined.

4.4.6.
