(10) Since immovable property and related expenditure account for the most significant cases where clarification and strengthening of the rule is appropriate, given the value and economic lifetime of such property and the fact that mixed use of this type of property is a common practice, the initial right of deduction should be applied to immovable property supplied to the taxable person and important services relating thereto, which, by virtue of their economic value, can be assimilated to the acquisition of immovable property.
(10) Da Grundstücke und damit zusammenhängende Ausgaben die wichtigsten Fälle darstellen, in denen eine klarere Abfassung und eine Verschärfung der Vorschrift in Anbetracht des Werts und der wirtschaftlichen Lebensdauer von Grundstücken sowie der Tatsache, dass Grundstücke in der Praxis häufig gemischt genutzt werden, angezeigt ist, ist das Recht auf Vorsteuerabzug auf dem Steuerpflichtigen gelieferte Grundstücke und auf erhebliche, damit zusammenhängende Dienstleistungen anzuwenden, die aufgrund ihres wirtschaftlichen Werts dem Erwerb eines Grundstücks gleichgesetzt werden können.
