That is why I suggest that for some foodstuffs, we opt for a guideline daily amount instead of the traffic lights, because that way, it is very clear that if you eat a certain amount or twice that amount of a given product, you will get fat and, therefore, that you should only eat one of them.
Aus diesem Grund schlage ich vor, dass wir für einige Lebensmittel die Nährwertkennzeichnung durch Angabe von Richtwerten zum täglichen Verzehr einführen, anstatt des Ampelsystems, denn so wird es eindeutig sein, dass man dick wird, wenn man eine bestimmte Menge oder die doppelte Menge eines bestimmten Produkts zu sich nimmt und dass man somit nur eine Portion zu sich nehmen sollte.
