In order to restore effective competition in the markets for hair care products, PG committed to grant an exclusive 5 year licence, followed by a 3 year black-out (non-use) period, of: (i) the PG hair care brand “Herbal Essences” for the whole range of hair care products in Ireland, Norway and Sweden; (ii) the PG colorant brands “Loving Care”, “Lasting Color”, “Glints”, “Borne Blonde” and “Highlights” and the Wella styling brand “Silvikrin” in Ireland; and (iii) the Wella styling brand “Catzy” in Norway.
Um auf den Märkten für Haarpflegemittel wirksamen Wettbewerb wiederherzustellen, verpflichtete sich PG, für einen Zeitraum von fünf Jahren für die folgenden Produkte eine Exklusivlizenz mit der Zusage zu erteilen, diese Marken anschließend für weitere drei Jahre nicht zu gebrauchen: i) die Haarpflegemarke "Herbal Essences" für die gesamte Palette der Haarpflegeprodukte in Irland, Norwegen und Schweden; ii) die Marken für Haarfärbemittel "Loving Care", "Lasting Color", "Glints", "Borne Blonde" und "Highlights" sowie die Wella Styling-Marke "Silvikrin" in Irland; und iii) die Wella Styling-Marke "Catzy" in Norwegen.
