(4c) Animal clones, embryo clones, descendants of animal clones, germinal products of animal clones and of their descendants, and food and feed from animal clones and their descendants cannot be considered like products to animals, embryos, germinal products, food and feed that do not derive from the use of the cloning technique within the meaning of Article III. 4 of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT).
(4c) Klontiere, Klonembryone, Nachkommen von Klontieren, Zuchtmaterial von Klontieren und deren Nachkommen sowie Lebens- und Futtermittel, die aus Klontieren und deren Nachkommen gewonnen wurden, können nicht als Produkte wie Tiere, Embryos, Zuchtmaterial, Lebens- und Futtermittel betrachtet werden, die nicht aus dem Einsatz der Technik des Klonens im Sinne des Artikels III. 4 des Allgemeinen Zoll- und Handelsabkommens (GATT) hervorgegangen sind.
