(9) The energy performance of buildings should be calculated on the basis of a methodology that integrates, in addition to thermal insulation and the use of construction materials with inherent insulating properties, other factors that play an increasingly important role such as heating/air-conditioning installations, application of renewable energy sources and the design of the building.
(9) Die Energieprofile von Gebäuden sollten nach einer Methode berechnet werden, bei der zusätzlich zur Wärmedämmung und der Verwendung von an sich schon dämmenden Baumaterialien auch andere Faktoren von wachsender Bedeutung einbezogen werden, z.B. Heizungssysteme/Klimaanlagen, Nutzung erneuerbarer Energieträger und Konstruktionsart des Gebäudes.
