Juli 2009 behauptete, es habe bereits eine Kopie der schriftlichen Prüfungsarbeit b) an die Klägerin übersandt, und auch in der E-Mail vom 14. September 2009 erklärt wird, dass die schriftliche Prüfungsarbeit c) und der Bewertungsbogen für die genannte Prüfung als Anlage beigefügt seien, dass diese Dokumente jedoch der Klägerin zu den genannten Zeitpunkten nicht übermittelt wurden.
