Notwithstanding Article 89, where the competent authority or, in the case of a biocidal product authorised at Union level, the Commission, cancels or amends an authorisation or decides not to renew it, it shall grant a period of grace for the making available on the market and use of existing stocks, except in cases where continued making available on the market or use of the biocidal product would constitute an unacceptable risk to human health, animal health or the environment.
Widerruft oder ändert die zuständige Behörde bzw. — im Falle eines auf Unionsebene zugelassenen Biozidprodukts — die Kommission eine Zulassung oder beschließt, diese nicht zu verlängern, so gewährt sie ungeachtet Artikel 89 einen Übergangszeitraum für die Bereitstellung auf dem Markt und die Verwendung von Lagerbeständen, sofern die weitere Bereitstellung auf dem Markt oder die weitere Verwendung des Biozidprodukts nicht mit einem unannehmbaren Risiko für die Gesundheit von Mensch oder Tier oder für die Umwelt verbunden ist.
