If the product of PS × V is not more than 3000 bar.L, the manufacturer shall select one of the methods described in points 2.1.1 and 2.1.2 for determining vessel wall thickness; if the product of PS × V is more than 3000 bar.L, or if the maximum working temperature exceeds 100 °C, such thickness shall be determined by the method described in point 2.1.1.
Beträgt das Produkt PS × V nicht mehr als 3 000 bar∙L, so wählt der Hersteller eines der unter den Nummern 2.1.1 und 2.1.2 beschriebenen Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Wanddicke des Behälters; beträgt das Produkt PS × V mehr als 3 000 bar∙L oder übersteigt die maximale Betriebstemperatur 100 °C, so wird diese Dicke nach dem Verfahren der Nummer 2.1.1 bestimmt.
