With regard to the rehabilitation of mines, eligible costs were limited to the cost of mining works, including manpower, materials and the depreciation of machinery necessary to prevent the release of gases and liquids from underground mines, prevent access to dangerous mines and prevent water contamination, as well as for mine-waste tip reclamation.
