(iiia) Improving the matchingto the needs of the labour market of education and training systems, youth services, vocational training, the networking of higher education establishments, training and research centres and companies, better transition between education, vocational training and employment, including through the development of tools for anticipating required skills, the reaction capacity of education and training systems and education and career guidance;
(iiia) Verbesserung der Anpassung der Bildungs- und Ausbildungssysteme, Jugendhilfsdienste, Berufsbildung an die Erfordernisse des Arbeitsmarkts; Vernetzung von Hochschulen, Ausbildungs- und Forschungseinrichtungen und Unternehmen; besserer Übergang zwischen allgemeiner Bildung, beruflicher Bildung und dem Zugang zur Beschäftigung, u. a. durch die Ausarbeitung von Instrumenten, mit denen der Bedarf an Kompetenzen vorab erkannt, die Wandlungsfähigkeit der Systeme der allgemeinen und beruflichen Bildung gefördert und die Schul- und Berufsberatung unterstützt werden kann;
