These conditions concern the design, construction, placing in service, upgrading, renewal, operation and maintenance of the parts of this system placed in service after the date of entry into force of this Directive, as well as the professional qualifications and health and safety conditions of the staff who contribute to its operation and maintenance.
Diese Bedingungen betreffen die Planung, den Bau, die Inbetriebnahme, die Umrüstung, die Erneuerung, den Betrieb und die Instandhaltung von Bestandteilen dieses Systems, die nach dem Tag des Inkrafttretens der vorliegenden Richtlinie in Betrieb genommen werden, und darüber hinaus die Qualifikationen und die Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsbedingungen in Bezug auf das für seinen Betrieb und seine Instandsetzung eingesetzte Personal.
