When the plate is observed under ultraviolet light, the sterols and triterpene dialcohols bands can be identified through being aligned with the spots obtained from the reference solution (point 4.13). Mark the limits of the bands along the edges of the fluorescence with a black pencil (see TLC plate figure 3).
Unter UV-Licht die Lage der Sterin- und Triterpen-Dialkohol-Zone mit Hilfe der Flecke der Standardlösung (Nummer 4.13) bestimmen und mit einem schwarzen Stift den fluoreszierenden Bereich markieren (siehe Dünnschichtplatte Abbildung 3).
